Terms of service
The service
TenderWatch helps customers find public tender notices and maintain a private watchlist. Current connected coverage includes EPADS federal open opportunities, federal PPRA EPMS tender notices, AJ&K PPRA active advertisements, recent GB PPRA listings, WAPDA, SNGPL, SSGC and Pakistan Railways. Coverage is partial; other provincial sources and some corporate portals are not yet integrated. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by a government procurement authority.
Official information and eligibility
The official tender notice and documents control the procurement process. Collection may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Suggested categories and business-profile matches are informational and do not establish qualification. Check official requirements, amendments, withdrawals and exact submission times before acting. TenderWatch does not submit bids or guarantee awards.
Accounts and access
Use accurate account information, keep credentials private and use the service lawfully. Search is free. Adding or editing tracked tenders requires an active paid plan and is subject to the displayed plan allowance. Do not attempt to access other customers’ information or interfere with the service.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Plans are paid locally in PKR through NayaPay, Easypaisa, bank transfer or Raast. The customer submits a transaction reference and receipt file, and access begins only after the operator verifies the transfer. Claims submitted overnight or while the operator is unavailable remain pending until review resumes, which may be the next morning. We email the registered address after approval or rejection. Please do not make another payment while a claim is pending. Each approved payment provides the access period shown at checkout: 30 days for monthly plans or 365 days for Pro yearly. Plans do not renew automatically; submit a new payment claim to extend access. Existing records remain readable when paid editing access ends.
Current availability
Starter includes email alerts. Pro and Business plans include email alerts and optional WhatsApp deadline reminders for verified numbers. Business plans add a shared workspace with the seat and tender limits shown at checkout. Alerts depend on account preferences, delivery-service availability and a verified closing deadline; delivery can be delayed or fail. Source-change history covers detected listing fields and is not a comprehensive document amendment service.
Changes and concerns
Material changes to pricing or these terms will be communicated before they apply to an existing subscription. Contact support for account concerns or complaints. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
